Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize production downtime
• Identify and diagnose faults, proposing and implementing effective solutions
• Execute regular inspections and maintenance routines based on predefined plans
• Collaborate with the engineering team on continuous improvement of processes and equipment
• Maintain detailed records of all interventions and report anomalies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements

• Professional technical training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Automation, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and process diagrams
• Availability to work in shifts and perform interventions outside normal hours if necessary
• Category B driver's license
• Proactive, autonomous, and responsible approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
