Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Safely provide maintenance support while following all safety rules and practices
• Perform preventive maintenance on all production machines, equipment, and facility systems
• Execute emergency and breakdown maintenance as necessary
• Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems
• Work closely with production personnel to identify and correct routine or repetitive problems
• Troubleshoot and solve simple to complex technical problems
• Accurately create and complete essential maintenance work orders and required paperwork
• Reference equipment manuals and other technical literature to guide repairs

Requirements

• Proven industrial maintenance experience
• Well-rounded knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in machine shop skills
• Ability to accurately read measuring devices
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Stable work history and a good attendance record
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Benefits

• Starting pay at $34.88 per hour
• Sign-on bonus structure: $1,000 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year
• Full-time hourly position with available 2nd and 3rd shift options
