About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage time-sensitive work order assignments to minimize plant downtime
  • Safely maintain and repair plant facilities and equipment, including hoist and crane systems
  • Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints to diagnose and service systems
  • Perform metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, welding, and grinding
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, drive systems, and robotics (KUKA/FANUC)
  • Maintain industrial networks, tooling systems, and automated control systems

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
  • Proficiency in running conduit and installing electrical circuits
  • Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial automation
  • Experience with KUKA and FANUC robotics and automated tooling systems
  • Experience with Ethernet IP industrial network systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
