Maintenance Technician - Injection

Responsibilities

• Ensure all injection molding machines (IMM) and auxiliaries are kept in functional and safe condition through predictive, preventive, and curative maintenance.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for machinery, systems, and utility services.
• Perform efficient repairs on IMM and auxiliaries during downtime to minimize production impact.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including MTTB, MTBR, OEE Molding, and scrap reduction.
• Supervise external contractors providing specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Maintain and update all technical maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory for injection moulds.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance training and participate in continuous improvement (5S) activities.
• Participate in equipment fine-tuning, final settings, and the installation of small CAPEX projects.

Requirements

• Technician certification with specialization in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in maintaining large-scale production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of robotics and application processes.
• Proficient computer skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-call as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
