Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of company facilities, including maintenance and repairs
• Estimate labor and material costs for construction repairs and facility planning
• Act as a liaison with outside vendors, suppliers, and specialized contractors
• Develop facilities plans and ensure adherence to company standards and safety codes
• Perform general maintenance tasks including light carpentry, basic electrical, and HVAC work
• Oversee grounds maintenance and assist employees with internal office moves and furniture arrangement
• Research and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce resource consumption

Requirements

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of functional experience
• OR a High School Diploma with 5 years of functional experience
• Proficiency in light carpentry and basic electrical skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and grounds maintenance
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and resolve non-routine problems
