Maintenance Technician - Industrial Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance
• Repair or replace defective parts, perform welding operations, and adjust mechanical components
• Supervise external contractors during onsite interventions
• Manage spare parts inventory by recording entries and exits related to assigned tasks
• Propose technical improvements to enhance plant efficiency
• Participate in emergency on-call shifts and specific interventions as required
• Strictly adhere to all operating, maintenance, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations

Requirements

• Bac pro or BTS degree in maintenance or industrial systems
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial mechanic
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance
• Proficiency in using CMMS (GMAO) software
• Ability to work autonomously with strong analytical skills and rigor
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
