About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the repair, remodel, and capital improvement projects of facilities
- Oversee a work crew and direct activities on the jobsite
- Ensure buildings and facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable to support organizational operations
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, or residential/commercial tenant improvement
- Minimum two years of experience leading a team of 1-2 direct reports
- Valid driver license and ability to qualify as an approved driver
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a construction apprenticeship program
- OSHA 10 certificate
