Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Manage the repair, remodel, and capital improvement projects of facilities
• Oversee a work crew and direct activities on the jobsite
• Ensure buildings and facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable to support organizational operations

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, or residential/commercial tenant improvement
• Minimum two years of experience leading a team of 1-2 direct reports
• Valid driver license and ability to qualify as an approved driver

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a construction apprenticeship program
• OSHA 10 certificate
