Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventative maintenance on equipment, including machine rebuilding and tool & die repair
• Diagnose and resolve complex production challenges involving electrical, automation, control systems, pneumatic, or hydraulic malfunctions
• Work independently to troubleshoot and repair facility and cell equipment with minimal supervision
• Utilize computer systems to log work orders, manage spare parts, and update maintenance schedules
• Root cause broken fixtures and operations tools to ensure functionality and safety
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to relocate equipment and support production changes
• Train and mentor other maintenance technicians and operations personnel on technical processes
• Adhere to all workplace safety requirements, including 6S and lean manufacturing principles

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in industrial maintenance
• Proven experience in identifying and troubleshooting common maintenance issues
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of technical school classes
• Journeyman experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Experience in welding and fabrication
• Tool & die repair expertise
