Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment
• Troubleshoot out of service equipment and act as an escalation point for lower level technicians
• Document all work in the CMMS and ticketing systems
• Mentor maintenance personnel in developing technical skill sets
• Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events
• Develop personnel knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Perform building project work as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, robotics, or refrigeration repair
• Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and understand basic schematics
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 5% for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechatronics associates degree or equivalent
• Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems
