Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and act as an escalation point for lower-level technicians
• Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems
• Mentor maintenance personnel to develop technical skill sets and equipment knowledge
• Lead root cause analysis for major downtime events and participate in network-wide analysis
• Perform building project work as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in conveyor, automation, robotics, or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and understand basic schematics
• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 5% for business purposes
• Excellent follow-through, judgment, and a "make it happen" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechatronics associate degree or equivalent
• Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems
