Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform complex maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Lead preventative maintenance efforts according to company policy
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team
• Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles preferred
