About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
- Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy
- Perform building and common area upkeep daily
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team
- Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
- Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy
Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA/HVAC Certification
- CPO Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or lead technician experience
