Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
• Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience
