Requirements

About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Complete all phases of make-ready/turnover work and troubleshooting according to timelines
- Perform work safely and efficiently in accordance with company safety standards
- Use and maintain tools and equipment following safety guidelines
- Train Entry and General level Maintenance Techs in hands-on settings
- Complete work orders, timesheets, and preventative maintenance documentation
- Maintain community appearance through playground cleanup, trash pick-up, and related duties
- Participate in resident events and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, construction, or trades
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- EPA Type I and II certification (Type III/Universal required if chillers present)
- Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, or building construction
- Subject matter expert knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Working knowledge of residential maintenance operations and work order scheduling
- Advanced knowledge of trade-specific tools and equipment
- Basic computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Availability for mandatory after-hours emergency repairs, on-call rotations, and weekend work
