Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level technical support and advanced tasks within the maintenance department
• Train lower-level technicians on advanced maintenance tasks and procedures
• Maintain department assets to ensure equipment reliability and quality standards
• Assist in root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance analysis
• Create or edit maintenance job plans across multiple skilled trade disciplines
• Support continuous improvement projects and site safety initiatives
• Adhere to all safety and GMP regulations and the company code of conduct
• Assist cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

Requirements

• High School diploma with 10+ years of experience, OR a Relevant Certificate with 5+ years of experience, OR an Associate's technical degree with 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools, including machine, diagnostic, and predictive tools
• Intermediate computer skills, specifically with MS Windows

Preferred Qualifications

• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation
