Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level technical support within the maintenance department
• Train lower-level technicians on advanced tasks and skilled trade disciplines
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards
• Assist in root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance analysis
• Create or edit maintenance job plans
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives
• Adhere to all safety and GMP regulations and the company code of conduct
• Assist cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 10+ years of experience, OR a relevant certificate with 5+ years of experience, OR an Associate's technical degree with 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in two or more skilled maintenance functions
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools, including machine tools, diagnostic tools, and predictive tools
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Preferred Qualifications

• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation
