Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in reviewing the operational status of facility equipment to minimize downtime and solve problems.
• Maintain the Maintenance Management System to track work orders, spare parts, and historical maintenance records.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and maintenance shop tools.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and verify that all services are completed to company standards.
• Ensure all facility equipment and machinery adhere to HSE policies and OSHA regulations.
• Support programs to maintain the facility's appearance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in general facility maintenance.
• Two years of specific repair/maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications for Class I, II, III, and IV forklifts and crane operation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Authorized Driver status.
• Proficiency with basic math and computer software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
