Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on electrical, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
• Execute repairs on machine tools, conveyors, and ancillary equipment, including rewiring and welding
• Tear down and overhaul equipment components such as pumps, valves, regulators, and motors
• Manage projects by listing objectives, creating parts lists, and guiding team members
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation in compliance with housekeeping standards
• Train other employees on specific skill sets and track on-the-job training
• Document all work, inspections, and labor hours within required systems

Requirements

• Associate degree from a technical school or 4-6 years of related experience/training
• Proven experience with Stamping Press and/or Spindle Lathe equipment
• Proficiency with RS Logic Programming and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, mathematical diagrams, and business correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto-CAD training
• EPA, Electrical, Welding, or HVAC certifications
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
