Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Complete service requests according to company standards
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Perform preventative maintenance according to company policy
• Maintain building and common areas, including grounds and shop appearance
• Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• CPO Certification is a plus
