About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Complete service requests according to company standards
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
- Perform preventative maintenance according to company guidelines
- Maintain building and common area upkeep daily
- Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- EPA/HVAC Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
