Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance or repairs on homes and grounds
• Execute plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and masonry work
• Complete make ready and turnover work according to timelines
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain community appearance through playground cleanup and trash pick-up
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family housing, construction, or trades
• Proven competency in 2-3 trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and on-call rotations
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
