Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
• Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments
• Repair and maintain mechanical machine components
• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and photo eyes
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs
• Track usage of and order replacement parts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
• Intermediate understanding of electrical principles (voltage, current, resistance)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work regular standby assignments and emergency overtime
