Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems
• Monitor machine performance and conduct preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system issues and equipment failures
• Install and repair electrical equipment including generators, transformers, and motors
• Use welding equipment for layout and fitting tasks
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure product quality
• Provide on-the-job direction to new maintenance mechanics
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related maintenance mechanic experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 30+ lbs, and perform physical tasks like stooping and crouching
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
