About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform, generate, and maintain preventative maintenance tasks as required
- Take a proactive and reactive approach to minimize machine downtime
- Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance logs
- Assist in special projects and contribute to team efforts as requested
- Complete 4–8 weeks of initial training on the 1st shift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to repair and maintain complex production equipment under limited technical supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the equipment maintenance field
- Previous experience in the Medical Device industry
