About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial HVAC equipment including fan coil units, air handlers, and VAV controllers
- Maintain cottage heat pumps and furnaces
- Perform general maintenance on laundry, commercial kitchen, domestic water, fire protection, and alarm systems
- Respond to residential work orders as directed
- Assist Plant Operations Manager with heating, boiler, and chiller equipment
- Utilize maintenance management software to document work orders and issue resolutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in general maintenance
