Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance equipment
• Conduct routine building upkeep and repairs for residential and commercial settings
• Maintain laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection, and alarm systems
• Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician or supervisor
• Utilize maintenance management software to document work order completion and issue resolutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum three years of progressive general maintenance experience
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and be available on call for after-hour emergencies
