Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and debris removal throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas including pool and fitness areas
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for new move-ins
• Perform light repairs, lock changes, fixture replacements, and light painting
• Assist with pool maintenance and shop inventory management
• Maintain professional relations with residents and staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience
