Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and debris removal throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas including pool and fitness areas
• Perform entry-level repairs to restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with lock changes, fixture replacements, and light painting
• Conduct light checks and replace light bulbs as needed
• Assist with pool maintenance and shop inventory management
• Maintain professional relations with residents and staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred
