Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Conduct general installation, maintenance, and repairs of company machinery, equipment, and building systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including circulating pumps, air handling systems, and refrigeration
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and piping in accordance with codes
• Inspect facility areas to ensure safety provisions and housekeeping standards are met
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required services
• Participate in minor construction work, including carpentry, concrete work, and wall installation
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to maintenance activities
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a mechanical/electrical capacity or industrial repair/maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in industrial environments
