Maintenance Technician Hotliner

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support and act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Perform remote first-level diagnostics to resolve technical issues via phone
• Plan and organize technical interventions for equipment installation and maintenance
• Optimize technician schedules in real-time based on priority and geographic proximity
• Anticipate technical needs by ensuring technicians have necessary spare parts for site visits

Requirements

• Educational background at the Bac to Bac+2 level
• Strong technical foundation, ideally within the dental equipment field
• Excellent customer service skills with active listening abilities
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and demanding environment
