Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct all repairs and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment
• Service production equipment including motors, conveyors, and flow wrappers
• Execute preventative maintenance plans and maintain records in CMMS
• Coordinate facility repairs and oversee contractors for air compressors and fire suppression systems
• Maintain maintenance shop organization and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with food safety (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Prioritize work orders to minimize production downtime

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and precision measuring
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, AC/DC controls, and schematic diagrams
• PIT and scissor lift OSHA certification
• Solid computer skills for CMMS data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• Food manufacturing background
• 2+ years of electrical or programming experience
