About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs
- Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Maintain documentation and assist in grounds upkeep
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends, evenings, and mornings
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas
- Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- High School diploma/GED with related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
