Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel processes and technical services including mechanics, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, electrical installations, and communications
• Ensure hotel facilities meet quality standards expected by guests
• Quickly address and resolve maintenance-related complaints or issues
• Execute the annual hotel maintenance plan and follow departmental policies
• Manage incidents and work orders during operations
• Comply with the annual occupational risk prevention plan

Requirements

• Intermediate degree or training in Industrial Maintenance or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels, hospitals, or shopping centers
• Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and painting
• Basic knowledge of English or French is desirable
• User-level proficiency in Office software
• Organized and responsible personality
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to new methodologies
