Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for members’ homes
• Interact with members, subcontractors, and the support team to provide updates and instructions
• Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize work completed and necessary follow-ups

Requirements

• Seasoned handyman or maintenance professional background in residential home building or maintenance
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting household issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer skills, email, and proprietary software
