About the Company

Groupe Photosol, founded in 2008, develops, builds, and operates ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic plants across France. The group covers development, engineering, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, and green electricity sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Diagnose, identify, and repair or replace defective system components
• Monitor equipment performance and condition
• Execute or verify preventive maintenance tests and controls according to the maintenance plan
• Perform lockout/tagout (consignation/déconsignation) procedures on live equipment
• Propose modifications to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety
• Report anomalies or failures affecting critical equipment to management
• Write maintenance reports and manage spare parts inventory
• Supervise third-party contractors on site

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+2 degree (BTS, DUT in electricity) or confirmed experience as an electrician
• Experience in photovoltaics or electrical construction sites is ideal
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Strong mastery of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
• Valid low voltage electrical certifications (HT and working at heights are a plus)
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
• Rigorous, responsible, and able to multitask
