Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Fulfill resident maintenance requests and perform diagnostics and repairs
• Ensure apartments are left clean and meet brand safety standards
• Complete detailed reporting of maintenance tasks via Slack
• Maintain and upkeep all maintenance equipment and supplies
• Interact with residents professionally to address requests and complaints
• Participate in the property operations emergency on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in residential property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and crawl in confined areas
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable driving around Boston
• Basic computer skills for project management tools
