Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
• Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance on all facility equipment
• Perform routine filter cleaning and replacement on HVAC units
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete assigned work orders
• Ensure compliance with all company safety and quality policies
• Unload freight deliveries when needed

Requirements

• High School Education or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar position preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
• Ability to pass required background checks and obtain a cannabis agent badge
