Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Traveling to various properties to support onsite teams with maintenance needs
• Completing make readies efficiently to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready
• Assisting with service requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs
• Supporting small projects and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Communicating effectively with property teams regarding priorities and updates
• Following safety protocols and company standards

Requirements

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
