Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on CNC machinery, PLC-controlled systems, and automated production cells
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using schematics, ladder logic, and HMI diagnostics
• Install, align, and commission new machinery, including rigging, leveling, and anchoring
• Maintain and repair plant utilities, including HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and general building systems
• Execute welding and light fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods
• Complete work orders and follow strict safety protocols including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems, VFDs, and sensors
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial conditions
