Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Summer Student

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including glass replacement, painting, and trash receptacle repairs
• Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Provide operational support and operate lawn-care equipment
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Work from ladders and follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Green-patch safety boots required
• Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn
