About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance failures using assembly drawings, P&IDs, and electrical principles
- Utilize VFDs, PLCs, and basic plumbing or metalworking knowledge
- Operate and maintain gauges, temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, and flow meters
- Train new associates on essential maintenance skills and equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area in compliance with GMP and Safety guidelines
- Support operations by assisting with production needs
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food processing with expertise in troubleshooting sophisticated control systems
- Skilled in mechanical and pneumatic flow and installation of robotics-related packaging machinery
- Knowledge of centrifugal, PD, sine, and diaphragm pump repair
- Experience with automated conveyor systems, preventive maintenance, and PLC programs
- Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms, preferably LIMBLE
- Ability to follow LOTO, Machine Guarding, and PPE safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in HVAC, PLC, Electrician, Robotics, or Automotive fields
