Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on espresso machines, ovens, freezers, refrigeration units, and ice makers
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs
• Document work orders, inspections, and parts usage in CMMS
• Diagnose and repair retail equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Travel between locations in DC, MD, and VA using a company vehicle
• Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar
• Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC experience
• Experience with espresso machines or coffee equipment
• Food production or bakery experience
• OSHA 10 certification
• CMMS experience
• CMRP or other maintenance certifications
