About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces and ventilation equipment
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance such as filter changes and duct cleaning
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical components in compliance with all local codes
  • Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues like clogged drains and faulty water heaters
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
  • Follow all safety policies to promote a safety-first culture across the campus

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerants
  • Journeyman license
