Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks assigned through FreshService
• Ensure buildings meet visual standard audits through regular building walks
• Keep workspaces clean, tidy, and organized
• Update General Managers on task progress and provide clear handovers to third-party contractors
• Manage stock levels and maintain COSHH compliant storage areas
• Follow all company policies and Health & Safety legislation

Requirements

• Solid all-round building maintenance skills (painting, minor repairs, wall mounting, carpet tiling, furniture builds)
• Experience in a customer-facing building or facilities environment, ideally at a multi-site level
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Experience coordinating with contractors
• Ability to manage tasks using systems like FreshService
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills
