Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover repairs, inspections, and improvements
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk management concerns
• Assist with inventory management by tracking and organizing maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts
• Maintain working knowledge of building emergency systems, equipment shutoffs, and operational procedures
• Deliver strong customer service by responding professionally to resident service requests
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair
• EPA Certification is required
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• Proficiency in Spanish
