Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment failures involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Maintain and repair automated systems, automated machinery, and stamping presses
• Perform preventative maintenance and install new machinery as required
• Modify existing production work cells to improve quality, productivity, and ergonomics
• Ensure all equipment maintenance logs are accurately completed
• Operate overhead cranes and lift trucks while maintaining necessary licensing

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC programs
• Ability to set and verify parameters for resistance, MIG, and TIG welders
• Ability to program and troubleshoot robots (FANUC, ABB, Nachi, Motoman)
• Ability to operate an overhead crane and lift truck

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman card preferred
