About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and structural maintenance
- Install, modify, and design custom manufacturing equipment
- Plan, organize, and schedule minor and major maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment issues
- Verify and evaluate work in progress and completed tasks
- Enforce safety standards
- Prepare supply requests, equipment orders, records, and reports
Requirements
- High school certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or repair work
- Practical knowledge of motor control circuits, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, plumbing, and building maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Welding skills (TIG, MIG, ARC, brazing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- Availability for both shifts, including overtime and shift changes
