Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility assets, manufacturing equipment, automation, and material handling systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as multi-meters.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and motor control problems involving PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and I/O devices.
• Execute work orders and preventive maintenance on conveyors, robotics, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, guidelines, and operating standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete written or computer-based documentation for all maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment repairs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, including mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights using ladders or aerial lifts.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments and stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Experience supporting conveyor systems and complex material handling equipment.
