Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in Mitsubishi PLCs (GX Works / GX Developer)
• Modify logic, rectify interlocks, and support HMI updates
• Troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, power supplies, contactors, and relays
• Perform electrical panel wiring, modifications, and upgrades
• Diagnose issues with mechanical assemblies, gearboxes, bearings, and motion systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic cylinders, valves, manifolds, and FRLs
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pressure controls and dispensing units
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain breakdown logs and PM records
• Coordinate with vendors for spares, service visits, and upgrades

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of automated industrial machinery
• Strong experience with Mitsubishi PLCs
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components including VFDs, relays, and sensors
• Good electrical wiring skills and understanding of industrial electrical panels
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
