About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in Mitsubishi PLCs (GX Works / GX Developer)
- Modify logic, rectify interlocks, and support HMI updates
- Troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, power supplies, contactors, and relays
- Perform electrical panel wiring, modifications, and upgrades
- Diagnose issues with mechanical assemblies, gearboxes, bearings, and motion systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic cylinders, valves, manifolds, and FRLs
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pressure controls and dispensing units
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain breakdown logs and PM records
- Coordinate with vendors for spares, service visits, and upgrades
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of automated industrial machinery
- Strong experience with Mitsubishi PLCs
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical components including VFDs, relays, and sensors
- Good electrical wiring skills and understanding of industrial electrical panels
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
