Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform regular technical rounds for the site, including electricity, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Monitor the condition of installations and equipment such as electrical cabinets and building systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance planning and follow-up operations.
• Diagnose first-level breakdowns and perform simple repairs (bulb replacement, electrical tightening, basic adjustments).
• Support general services by assisting with space layout, furniture assembly, and managing internal ticket requests.
• Conduct visual inspections of safety devices including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and alarms.
• Maintain technical documentation, intervention reports, and maintenance logs.
• Monitor technical consumables and assist in managing external service providers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 program in Maintenance.
• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Rigorous, agile, and curious approach to continuous improvement.
