Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to maintain production schedules
• Complete general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical tasks
• Disassemble, clean, and repair equipment both mechanically and electrically
• Perform minor electronic repairs, calibrations, and alignments
• Enter and analyze maintenance data and track activities in Megamations
• Support safety requirements and follow all Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience
• Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment using electrical schematics and multimeters
• Knowledge of safety procedures and Lock-Out/Tag-Out standards
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform continuous walking or standing
• Basic PC knowledge and math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience
